Where do you deliver?
Our listed delivery areas are Nungwi and Kendwa. Use the area checker and include your hotel name, room or landmark with your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Review your order at checkout to see the delivery fee, eligible discounts and the final total before confirming.
When will my order arrive?
Add your preferred delivery window at checkout. Your order details show the driver’s estimated arrival once assigned. Requested times depend on availability.
How can I pay?
Checkout shows the available payment methods. Bank transfers are confirmed by the shop. If card payment is available, you can pay securely after placing the order.
How do I track or repeat an order?
Open My Orders in your account, select an order and view its progress. Use Order again to add its items to your basket at current prices and availability.
Returns & order help
If an item is missing, damaged or different from your order, open the order in your account and select Contact support. Include the order number and describe the problem so the team can help with the next steps.
For a cancellation, return or deposit question, contact the team before sending anything back. Payment and refund updates appear with your order.

Your account stores your name, email, phone, saved addresses and order history. Delivery details are available to the team handling your order and its assigned driver. Payment and notification services receive the information needed to complete those services when enabled.
This site saves your basket and language preference in your browser and uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Usage analytics run on the production site. Update your profile and addresses in your account, or contact support with a privacy or account deletion request.
